The SERVICE DEPARTMENT is dedicated to quality and expedient delivery of our customer's orders. 

We have complete product knowledge of standard and advanced pool equipment to provide quality service and maintenance to your pool and/or spa. Our technicians are APSP certified and manufacturer trained in all areas of the swimming pool and spa industry.

We Provide complete services to residential and commercial customers year round.

Services Department
The SERVICE DEPARTMENT offers:

Pump installation, repair and replacement.
Installation of all filter types, repairs to filters and applicable components.
Filter media replacement.
Sizing of filtration systems and upgrading of equipment to ensure proper operation.
Troubleshooting and repairing of swimming pool heaters.
Installation and repairs to chlorine generators, ion generators, and all types of erosion feeders.
Repair to all types of automatic pool cleaners.
Replacement of maintenance and deck equipment.
Tile and coping repair and/or replacement.
Draining and acid washing of Gunite pools.
Pressure testing of PVC lines.
Scuba capability to perform under water repairs.
Plumbing repairs.
Dewinterization and winterization of pool and pool equipment.
Weekly residential maintenance.
Spa repairs.
Pool cover installation and removal.

Special Services offered:
Commercial Service

The COMMERCIAL SERVICE PROGRAM is designed to meet the needs of the swimming pool facility that does not require a swimming pool operator.

The Commercial Service Program will provide:

Daily, weekly or monthly service on the swimming pool facility, to include:
Clean the pump hairstrainer and surface skimmers.
Backwash or clean the filter.
Skim the surface of the pool and vacuum the pool floor.
Test and balance water chemistry.
Add chemicals as provided by Owner.
Clean water line tile as needed.

This program may also include dewinterization and winterization of pool and equipment.

Residential Service

The RESIDENTIAL SERVICE PROGRAM is designed to meet the needs of the residential pool owner who does not have the time to maintain their pool.

Our Residential Maintenance Program includes:

Removal of the cover in the spring.
Installation of the deck equipment.
Preparation of the filtration equipment for operation.
Provide winterization of the pool and filter equipment in the fall.
Submit winterization report and recommend repairs.

Provide an operator once a week to:

Clean the pump hairstrainer and surface skimmers.

Test and balance water chemistry.
Add chemicals as provided by Owner.
